Taiyuan, December 10 (Reporter Qiao Dong) – Shanxi has continuously enhanced its transmission capacity by transmitting 110.755TWh to the rest of the country from January to November this year, exceeding that of last year, according to State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company. By the end of November, the installed power generation capacity of Shanxi Province reached 112.3296GW, including 34.823GW of new energy such as wind and solar power, a YoY increase of 27.40%, accounting for 31% of the total. From January to November, Shanxi generated a total of 346.375TWh, a YoY increase of 14.00%, including a total of 58.466TWh of new energy, 58.76% up on YoY basis. The utilization rate of new energy remained above 97%.

In order to implement the National Prevention and Control Action Plan for Air Pollution and coordinate the power supply within and outside the province, Shanxi has continuously accelerated the new energy installed capacity growth and developed clean energy in recent years. State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company, under the principle of "connect the new-energy power stations to the grid as soon as possible and generating electricity as much as possible", safeguards the development of new energy to maximize the investment and utilization rate.
