Xinhua News Agency: Another 500 kV Line in Jiangsu Spanning the Yangtze River

The under-construction Fengcheng-Meili line is the fifth new 500kV channel spanning the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province. Once completed, it will help further the energy and power integration in the Yangtze River Delta, enhance the utilization of green energy, reduce the overall carbon emissions, and support the economic and social development in the region.
